This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for Palmkids.com and Palm Publishing, LLC, its heirs, subsidiaries, successors, assigns and related entities (collectively, "Palm Kids," "we," or "us").  This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Palm Kids.  It will notify you of the following:

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you.  

We may use your personal account information to operate, maintain, customize and personalize your experience with the site, based on your individual usage habits; improve our marketing and promotional efforts; analyze site usage; improve our content and product offerings; and customize our site's content, layout and the website.

From time to time, we may share your name and mailing address with other select companies whose products and services you may find useful.  We never share your email address and confidential credit card information.

We respect your choice to opt out of this service.  If you do not want Palm Kids to share your information, please contact us immediately and we will remove your name and mailing address from lists we share with other companies.

Registration

When placing an order on this website, you may complete the registration form to make future ordering easier.  During registration you are required to provide certain information (such as name and email address).  This information is used to contact you about the products/services of Palm Kids in which you have expressed interest.  At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.


Orders

We request information from you on our order form.  To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date).  This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders.  If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.
